Youth pastor

Ugo Anagor

My name is Ugo Anagor and I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. I am one of five children.  I am married to a beautiful lady called Nancy (from Sierra Leone) and together we have a beautiful 6 year old daughter called Zanna.

In 2004, a UK Christian organization based in the Rhondda Valleys of South Wales invited me to serve as a missionary to young people since I had just finished a church leaderstransformational leadership training in South Africa.

The organization wished me to be a role model for children and young people as part of an international pioneer team working to transform the local communities. My work in the valleys required me to play several roles - a Youth Pastor, Youth Development officer/Schools Chaplain and Sport coach.

After working with the charity for almost six years, in March 2010 I was appointed as a youth pastor at St. Mary’s Church in Cogges in Witney.

I served in that capacity for four years before moving to Abingdon in September 2014 to serve as half -time youth pastor at Peachcroft Christian Centre.

I always enjoy having a good laugh, encouraging and supporting people, entertaining and enjoying good entertainment, chatting with or coaching young people in sport, giving inspirational talks, leading Bible/life discussions, generally hanging out with people - having fun and going on fun social trips.

I can be contacted on youthpastor@peachcroftcc.org.
